The contact account & activity
See a contact's full details and the value and activity that Foreman tracks automatically.
Every contact carries the details you entered plus two numbers Foreman keeps current on its own — its Value and Last Activity — so you don't have to log anything by hand.
Open a contact
- From the sidebar, click Contacts.
- Click any row to open that contact's full details, where you can review or edit every field.
Read the activity columns
The contact list shows these per contact, computed live:
- Stage — where the contact sits in the lifecycle (Lead, Active, and so on).
- Last Activity — the most recent date Foreman saw activity for this contact.
- Value — the total paid across this contact's invoices.
Note
Value counts only invoices that have been paid or partially paid — it's money actually collected, not amounts merely sent.
What counts as activity
Foreman updates Last Activity automatically whenever a record involving the contact is created — including proposals, invoices, requests, signature requests, and vendor orders & bills. There's nothing to mark or log; the feed follows the work.
Sort and filter
- Use the search box to find a contact by name, email, or phone.
- Use the filter dropdown to narrow the list to clients or vendors.
