The contact account & activity

See a contact's full details and the value and activity that Foreman tracks automatically.

Every contact carries the details you entered plus two numbers Foreman keeps current on its own — its Value and Last Activity — so you don't have to log anything by hand.

Open a contact

  1. From the sidebar, click Contacts.
  2. Click any row to open that contact's full details, where you can review or edit every field.

Read the activity columns

The contact list shows these per contact, computed live:

  • Stage — where the contact sits in the lifecycle (Lead, Active, and so on).
  • Last Activity — the most recent date Foreman saw activity for this contact.
  • Value — the total paid across this contact's invoices.

Note

Value counts only invoices that have been paid or partially paid — it's money actually collected, not amounts merely sent.

What counts as activity

Foreman updates Last Activity automatically whenever a record involving the contact is created — including proposals, invoices, requests, signature requests, and vendor orders & bills. There's nothing to mark or log; the feed follows the work.

Sort and filter

  • Use the search box to find a contact by name, email, or phone.
  • Use the filter dropdown to narrow the list to clients or vendors.
