Every quantity stays linked to the sheet and the scale it came from, so you can check any number against the drawing in one click and correct it in place. It is a first pass done in seconds, not a black box — you stay the estimator.
Do I have to move everything over at once?
No. Most contractors start with one live project — take it off, budget it, send the agreement — and bring the rest across as they close out. Your existing projects can stay where they are while you decide.
Does my client need an account?
No. Clients and subs open what you send them from a link, and they only ever see what you have shared on that record. There is no seat charge for them.
