Assign work and keep every project moving
Capture to-dos for yourself or your crew, set due dates and an assignee, and track them on a board or list. One company-wide board pulls every to-do together — with the project labeled on each card — so nothing slips between projects.
Assign work with a due date
Give any to-do a title, a due date, and an assignee from your team. Their initials show on the card so everyone knows who owns it.
Board or list, your call
Drag cards across Incomplete, In Progress, and Complete on the Kanban board — or work a flat checklist in list view. Your choice is remembered.
One board across every project
The company-wide board gathers every to-do you can see, with the project labeled on each card, so loose ends never hide inside a single project.
Every to-do, every project, one board
Your org-wide To-Dos board pulls in everything you can see — your own personal to-dos and to-dos from every project — and labels each card with its project. Each project also has its own To-Dos tab when you want to zoom into one project. To-Dos stay internal to your team; clients and vendors never see them.
Drag a card or tick a box
Switch between a Kanban board and a flat checklist from the toolbar. On the board, drag a card into another column to change its status; in list view, tick a row to complete it. Add your own status columns and colors to match how your crew works — Incomplete and Complete stay as fixed anchors.
Sequence work so nothing starts early
Link work so the order is clear — drywall can't start until framing finishes. Foreman supports the standard dependency relationships with lead and lag time, so your plan reflects how the project really sequences.
How it works
Three steps. That's it.
Add a to-do
From the To-Dos board or a project's To-Dos tab, click Add to-do. Enter a title, set a due date, and pick a status.
Assign it to your team
Choose a single teammate as the assignee. Their initials land on the card so responsibility is never ambiguous.
Work the board
Drag cards between columns as work moves, or tick rows off in list view. The company-wide board keeps every project in view.
