Company branding
Upload your logo and set your accent color once — they flow onto every proposal, invoice, and portal automatically.
Set your branding once and it carries onto everything clients and vendors see — no reapplying it per record.
Upload your logo
- From the sidebar, click Organization to open the Settings tab.
- In the Logo area, click Upload logo and choose a JPEG or PNG (max 5MB).
- Click Save changes.
Don’t see this?
If you don't see Organization in the sidebar, your role may not have access to company settings. Ask your organization owner to grant it.
Note
Use the pencil icon to replace the logo or the X to remove it.
Set your accent color
- On the same Settings tab, find Branding.
- Pick your Accent color with the color picker, or choose one of the presets. The default is Foreman orange (#ff5300).
- Click Save changes.
Where your branding shows up
Your logo and accent color appear automatically on:
- Proposals, contracts, change orders, and invoices — the records clients see.
- Client and vendor portals — the branded space where they view, sign, pay, and respond.
- The emails that send those records.
Note
Set your branding before sending your first proposal so it looks like your company from day one.
