Organization settings

Set your company information, currency, and payment defaults — the details that appear across every project and record.

Your organization settings are your company-wide details — reused everywhere, including on the records you send to clients and vendors.

Open your organization settings

  1. From the sidebar, click Organization.
  2. You'll land on the Settings tab.

Don’t see this?

If you don't see Organization in the sidebar, your role may not have access to company settings. Ask your organization owner to grant it.

Set your company information

  1. Enter your Company Name and License Number.
  2. Add your contact Phone, Email, and Website.
  3. Enter your Business Address (start typing to autocomplete).
  4. Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom.

Choose your currency

Under Currency, pick $ USD, € EUR, or £ GBP. This is used on budgets, proposals, and invoices.

Note

If you've connected Stripe, currency is locked to your Stripe account's country.

Set payment defaults

In Payment Defaults, add a Payment Link (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or any link) and Payment Instructions. These pre-fill on every new invoice so you don't retype them.

Record numbering

Foreman numbers what you create automatically — budgets as BUD-0001, proposals as DOC-0001, and so on — incrementing within each type. There's nothing to set up.
